We consult cases regarding right to information through e-mail or by phone.
Krzysztof Izdebski - has been working in the Centre since its establishment in 2006. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty at Warsaw University. He is writing his PhD at the same school. He consults cases coming to the Centre and drafts oppinions of the Asociation of Leaders of Local Civic Grpoups on the law connected to the right to information.
Szymon Osowski - has been working in the Centre since its establishment in 2006. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty at the Szczecin University. He is writing his PhD at the same school. Author of the concept of the portal www.informacjapubliczna.org.pl and leader of training activities on the right to information. He consults cases coming to the Centre.
The Non-Governmental Centre on Access to Public Information is one of the programmes run by the Association of Leaders of Local Civic Groups.

We also organized Transparency Camp Poland – the meeting of people interested in opening public data and re-using them in business, civic activity and social life.
Recognition for the Non-Governmental Centre:
In 2009, the Non-Governmental Centre on Access to Public Information was recognised by Ashoka, an international organisation that awards individuals who implement innovative ideas. Special mention was awarded to the first president of our association, Katarzyna Batko-Tołuć, for developing the initial concept for the Non-Governmental Centre.
